Warranty is extended to the original REGISTERED owner.  You must complete this form in it's entirety within 10 days of your purchase.  Incomplete registrations will not be accepted.  You must provide a valid email address or valid telephone number.  We do NOT warranty Signal Cat, Smart, Spacelab or other meters that do not use the Trimax name.
