Trimax Meters warrants that its products are free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of
manufacture unless otherwise specified. This warranty is in lieu
of all other warranties, obligations, or liabilities expressed or
implied by the company.
Any properly used product that proves defective in normal use will be
repaired or replaced at the discretion of the company, provided it is
returned to Trimax Meters.
Warranty is void if the product has been altered, opened, misused, or
abused. Trimax Meters is not responsible for alterations, acts of
God, shipping and handling or other factors not in the control of
Trimax Meters.
Batteries are warrantied for 30 days. If your meter will not be
used for a extended period of time you should unplug the battery.
Batteries not in use should be charged at least once every 60 days.
Use of battery and/or power supply other then those provided by the
manufacture voids any and all warranty.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the unit at
Trimax Meters option and in no case shall Trimax Meters liability
exceed the purchase price.

send it in for us to inspect and repair if needed.
Shipping, duties, taxes, and all other expenses are the responsibility
of the meter owner.
