Using the Meter on a motorized dish
Using a Twin (Dual) LNBF
This is by far the simpliest way of using your Trimax meter on a motorized dish.  
  • Install a Twin (Dual) output LNBF on your dish
  • Connect one output of the LNBF to your system as normal
  • Connect the remaining output to your Trimax Meter

Using the "LNB OUT" on most receivers
Most receivers have a "LNB OUT" to pass signal to a second receiver or other device.   You can easily use this to pass signal to your Trimax meter.  Be sure to follow the simple steps below.
  • Before connecting your meter, turn OFF the LNBF power in the meter menu
  • Your receiver should be connected to your system as normal
  • Connect your meter to the "Loop Out" or "LNB OUT" of your receiver
  • Your receiver now powers the LNBF and feeds the signal to the meter.  
  • Remember, the meter will only get signals on the polarity that the receiver is set on.
Register Your Meter
